ASPAdvice.com is a community site that runs e-mail lists dedicated to supporting ASP.NET. Each of these lists have members subscribed from around the world, and are full of helpful advice.

Subscribing and unsubscribing from lists, is made very simple through a nice control panel on the site. If you're an ASP.NET programmer, you need to be on these lists.

My only word of caution is that these lists are adicting. They're a great way to learn, becasue when people ask question, you get to read the answers.
